BAU operations – Leon is tasked to ensure operational stability of procurement activities. Leveraging on Ariba Sourcing and SLP implementation, great process transparency has been achieved per commented. Some amount of service delay on SR response might be concerning in view of more oversea Business Group are onboarded in Ariba. 2. System and Process Improvements – Leveraging on OneProcurement project, procurement process was established and is replicating to other BGs with customization. Subsequent BGs Sourcing deployment will be handled by local SAP partners as per RGE Ariba COE team commented.
