- Leon Ng is a key stakeholder of RGE under Forindo (RGE Procurement Group)
•	Leon has taken over the role of Strategic Procurement Head from Q1/2022 and being closely supported by RGE Procurement Specialist – Kelvin Hui Kam Hua under Forindo (who is involved in RGE OneProcurement Project since day 1)
•	Areas of concern:
1.	BAU operations – Leon is tasked to ensure operational stability of procurement activities. Leveraging on Ariba Sourcing and SLP implementation, great process transparency has been achieved per commented. Some amount of service delay on SR response might be concerning in view of more oversea Business Group are onboarded in Ariba. 
2.	System and Process Improvements – Leveraging on OneProcurement project, procurement process was established and is replicating to other BGs with customization. Subsequent BGs Sourcing deployment will be handled by local SAP partners as per RGE Ariba COE team commented.
