U.S. House of Representatives; Ranking Member, House Oversight Committee, Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government: • Elected in 2009, he represents Virginia’s 11Th Congressional District including Fairfax County including more than 800 SAP employees assigned to our office in Reston, VA. • Rep. Connolly is a leader in federal information technology policy and has led efforts to improve acquisition such as the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), adoption of cloud services such as the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), as well as an advocate for federal employees. • Serves as the Ranking Member of the House Oversight and Accountability’s Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation. • Serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and is the President of the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA). • Founding member, former Chair of the House Sustainable Energy and Environment Caucus. • Co-Chair of the House Cloud Computing Caucus with Rep.
