Jim’s main gripe: We haven’t delivered on their product asks + we cancel old functionality and introduce replacement that must be paid for. Charlie will make Jim happy, but he needs the ammo. - Charlie is optimistic and has always been a good partner. He wants to be a promoter but has been frustrated by our lack of progress and follow through. Agrees we’re starting to make progress and conversations are getting much more collaborative.
