•	Jackie has been the CIO of AdvanSix since the company spun off from Honeywell in 2016. Prior to that, Jackie was the IT Director at Honeywell, where she had been for 16 years. 
•	Well respected within the company and has strong influence. 
•	SAP friendly and an internal advocate for the S/4 project. To Jackie, the question is not “why S/4?”, but “when?” 
•	She is concerned about not knowing what she doesn’t know about RISE. This is viewed through the lens of the recent Fieldglass Assignment Management project they decided to postpone due to the solution not being able to meet its requirements. See: details below.
•	Very nice, but has a strong poker face. Jackie is very direct and likes to get right to the point. Advocate for thought leadership, innovation, and inclusion. 
•	Jackie is also a huge advocate for women in the workplace and participates in a number of speaking engagements, including a “Women in Leadership” roundtable at Sapphire.
•	Born and raised in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business. 
•	Lives in Mullica Hill, NJ with her husband and two children. Steelers fan. Recently started College visits with her eldest daughter, who is a member of the Clearview Highschool Girls basketball team.
