Former CPO at Philips. Insight from the Philips account team: Richard is considered a great traditional CPO but not one that leverages Digital Transformation. He is old school who didn’t get involved in any detail and showed no real interest in what we do. We got on great with most of his leadership and left the decisions to them.
--> Whilst Philips are heavy SAP/Ariba users, they remain immature and laggards if you were to plot them on a maturity curve (with little interest in improving given the environment).
