Adam - Reigning in all of the tail spend, AP situations, one of the things they were looking at and all of the consultants doing deep dives are supporting recommendation to have a front end to all third party spend ecosystem, create a consistent landing page to start each process. I want to buy and getting triaged into the right process to get to the right teams at TD. Whether that's AI driven or other technology solution.

Adam - We are lacking a consortium or governance structure we all agree to. Mustak owns procurement but doesn’t own the AP processes. We have the risk group, vendor management group, finance, legal all at the table. Alignment that there will be an owner or governance structure put into place. Talks about cycle time and visibility, we can tell him where the pizza is stuck on the commercial side but we don't have visibility into the entire lifecycle.
 
Adam also mentioned Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) B10  is re-establishing scope of 3rd party risk spend.  They have a high bar for traceability and auditability. They seem open to how AI could help with intake /workflow.
